Welding of components is carried out in pneumomechanical tooling especially designed for this operation. The welded joint search system based on a laser sensor with high speed and accuracy detects location of the weld and corrects operation of the complex. The estimated capacity of one robotic complex is 40 hatches per shift, if compared, the output of one qualified welder is 9 hatches.
