The robotic complex is designed for welding the end walls of the greight cars in automated mode. The cell is based on Fanuc ARC Mate 710iC/12L industrial welding manipulators (robot) fitted with the equipment for metals welding in automated mode using MIG/MAG technology. Loading, unloading, and turning over of products is carried out by a transportation system in a fully automatic mode.
