Industrial robot for 3D plasma cutting of metal structures. The robotic complex allows to easily perform a wide variety of high-speed welding and cutting operations. First of all, it is designed to perform 3D cutting of round pipes with a diameter of 50 to 114 mm. The penetrating power of the used plasma source allows to burn the metal of up to 19 mm thick and cut the metal of up to 25 mm thick. Flexible programming allows to set any required straight cut paths. In addition, by performing oblique cuts, the complex provides cutting edges for subsequent welding of mating parts.
