The robotic welding complex provides welding of the small car assemblies. One welder is engaged in beams assembling. The assembled component is fed into the jig for welding fixed on the positioner of the robotic complex using a cantilever crane. The weld search system uses a laser sensor to detect the area for the seam with high accuracy and corrects the work if necessary. The complex operates in the standalone mode under the operator’s control.
