In April 2020 our company completed a joint modernization of two Robotic complexes, namely, welding of the hatch cover at production site of Altaivagon JSC.
The suspension points of the robots were revised to make it possible to reduce the cycle time for product welding.
A search system based on a laser sensor was introduced, which also accelerated the work of the robotic complex and improved the quality of products.
The robotic complex was equipped with the shielding gas and welding wire control sensors.
The software for the robotic complex was completely rewritten.
